REFUND POLICY

Return, Withdrawal & On-Demand Production

1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders of physical products (“Bundles”, “Cards”, “Shirts”) placed by consumers through our website. A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

2. On-Demand Production & No Stock Goods

All products are manufactured only after the order period of the drop has ended.
Products are not pre-produced or kept in stock; they are created exclusively and individually for the customer (“on-demand”).
Therefore, specific withdrawal and return regulations apply.

3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

a) Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU and its national implementations. Europäisches Verbraucherzentrum

b) This right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order, customized, personalised, or manufactured according to the consumer’s specification.

c) As our products are individually produced after completion of the drop period, this exemption applies.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is excluded once production has begun and that cancellation after the drop period is not possible.

d) Statutory warranty rights (e.g., for defects or non-conformity of goods) remain unaffected.

4. Returns & Cancellations (USA and Rest of World)

a) For customers outside the EU (including the United States), applicable national or state consumer laws apply alongside this policy.

b) In the United States, no federal law grants an automatic right to return or cancel goods purchased online, particularly in the case of custom or made-to-order items.

c) We do not accept cancellations or returns after the order period has been completed and production has begun, except in cases of proven defects or incorrect delivery.

5. Cancellation After Drop End

The production phase begins immediately after the drop order window closes.
No cancellation, modification, or refund is possible after the drop period has ended.

6. Warranty / Defective Goods

This policy does not exclude or limit statutory warranty rights.
In the event of defects or non-conformity, we will provide the legally required remedy (repair, replacement, or refund).

7. Notice and Customer Acknowledgement

Prior to submitting an order, customers are informed that the products are manufactured on-demand and that withdrawals, returns, or cancellations are excluded after the drop period ends, except in cases of defects.
By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and understood this notice and expressly agree to these conditions.
