SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery Times (from drop end)
WANNADO.ROCKS products are produced only after the drop ends (on-demand, no mass stock).
The estimated drop end date is displayed prominently at the top of each product page.
Therefore, the following estimated delivery times apply starting from the end of the drop period:
- EU & Europe: approx. 6 weeks
- USA: approx. 8 weeks
- Rest of World: approx. 8–10 weeks
Please note: These are estimates. In rare cases (customs clearance, peak season, or unusually high drop volume), delivery may take longer.
✅ Update: Once the drop ends, we will notify all customers via email that production has started and outline the next steps.
Why does it take this long?
Our drops are limited collectibles, not mass-produced merchandise.
We place the complete production order only after the drop ends, so all orders can be fulfilled in one clean, high-quality production and shipping run.
Typical process:
- Drop ends → email update to all customers
- Production starts after drop end
- Card production takes approx. 4 weeks until arrival at our logistics center
- Quality check + pick & pack (bundle assembly)
- Shipping to customers incl. tracking
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on destination, weight, and product bundle.
The exact shipping cost is always calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated ranges:
- Europe: approx. €5–€15
- USA: approx. €10–€25
- Rest of World: approx. €12–€35
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient
